Our multi-disciplinary skills allow us to work from initial feasibility studies to production information on volume build schemes from as little as four dwellings up to schemes of one hundred or more. We plan estate layouts using standard house types chosen by our developer clients, or create our own specialist designs to suit site constraints and gradients. We particularly specialise in elevational detail of the Kentish vernacular. Our services focus on market sectors ranging from the high value executive market to low cost social housing and at all times we believe we maintain a professional cost effective pro-active approach.
